* কাস্টমারের প্রয়োজন বুঝে পণ্য সম্পর্কে সঠিক তথ্য দেওয়া।
* কাস্টমারের অর্ডার কনফার্ম করা।
* অর্ডারের ডেলিভারি নিশ্চিত করা।
* নিয়মিত কাস্টমার সার্ভিস ও ফলো-আপ করা।
