Responsibilities & Context:

As an International Telesales Specialist, you will:

• Make outbound sales calls to customers in the US market

• Promote and sell products/services over the phone

• Generate qualified leads and subscriptions

• Understand customer needs through effective questioning

• Handle objections professionally

• Close sales and achieve performance targets

• Maintain accurate call notes and CRM updates

We're Looking For Candidates Who Have Experience:

• 6-12 months of International Telesales experience (Preferred)

• Experience in Solar, Roofing, or Real Estate campaigns is a major advantage
  
  Education:

• HSC

• O-Level / A-Level

• Diploma

• Bachelor's Degree (Any discipline)

  
  Skills:

• Exceptional spoken English (Mandatory)

• Strong persuasion and sales skills

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

• Comfortable working permanent night shifts
