• Age 24 to 40 years

• Telemarketing experience preferred

• Confident, polite, and clear communication over phone

• Basic knowledge of smartphone/computer and must have own smartphone

• Able to work on Friday & other holidays

• Comfortable working with targets (incentives available)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer/patient inquiries through phone calls and live chat

• Make outbound calls to leads/customers and explain HelloDoctor services

• Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and company policies

• Follow up with interested customers to confirm consultations and bookings

• Handle common questions and objections professionally

• Achieve assigned sales targets through consistent calling and follow-ups

• Connect customers with the support team or on-duty doctors when needed

• Maintain daily call logs, lead status, follow-up notes, and outcomes

Requirements

• Minimum HSC pass

• Strong communication and typing skills in Bangla and English

• Telemarketing, sales, or customer-service experience preferred

• Confident, polite, and clear communication over the phone

• Basic smartphone and computer proficiency

• Able to work on Fridays, holidays, and rotating shifts when required
