Responsibilities & Context:
Order Management: Receive and process orders from existing and new corporate clients/dealers (both walk-in and over the phone/online).
Client Relationship: Maintain regular communication with our clients, understand their product requirements, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Growth: Brainstorm and execute innovative strategies to increase order volume from existing clients and onboard new buyers.
Product Presentation: Present our product catalog effectively to clients, explaining features, pricing, and wholesale/export offers.
Coordination: Coordinate with the delivery, invoicing, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery of orders.
Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and feedback summaries for the management.
