Responsibilities & Context:
Respond to queries on Facebook/Instagram regarding
shipping charges, delivery status, and product
sourcing.
Provide accurate information about pricing, delivery
system, customs process, and estimated arrival/
delivery time.
Communicate with USA team and other departments
to ensure smooth order flow.
Update customers and keep records of orders
(tracking numbers, invoice data, service details).
Give regular updates (status, delays, reports) and
collect track or invoice information from relevant
sources.
Handle calls, texts, and WhatsApp messages
regarding delivery or product confirmation
professionally.
