Elegance By Sanzida-এ ৪ জন নারী Customer Sales Support Representative নিয়োগ দেওয়া হবে।

দায়িত্বসমূহ:

• Customer-এর Message ও Comment-এর Reply প্রদান

• Order গ্রহণ, Order Management ও Customer Support

• Customer-এর সাথে নিয়মিত Follow-up করা

• Phone Call-এর মাধ্যমে Order Confirmation করা

• Delivery Status Update প্রদান

• Facebook Page-এ নিয়মিত Live করা (বাধ্যতামূলক)

• Page-এর দৈনন্দিন কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা এবং Customer Satisfaction নিশ্চিত করা

🕒 শিফট:

• Morning Shift: সকাল ১০:০০ টা – রাত ৮:০০ টা (২ জন)

• Night Shift: রাত ১০:০০ টা – সকাল ৮:০০ টা (২ জন)

Elegance By Sanzida is hiring 4 Female Customer Sales Support Representatives.

Responsibilities:

• Reply to customer messages and comments

• Handle order processing, order management, and customer support

• Follow up with customers

• Confirm orders via phone call

• Provide delivery status updates

• Conduct Facebook Live sessions (Mandatory)

• Manage daily page activities and ensure customer satisfaction

🕒 Shift:

• Morning Shift: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (2 Positions)

• Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (2 Positions)

• Salary Review: Yearly
• Festival Bonus: 2
