Communicate with international clients professionally and innovatively.
Document all communication properly in the appropriate system/server on a daily basis.
Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide proper solutions or alternatives.
Maintain confidentiality of client information and follow all security guidelines.
Handle client queries professionally and report important issues to management.
Support daily call center operations and maintain service quality.
