Job Title: Sales Executive (Corporate Furniture Showroom)

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Corporate Furniture Showroom. The ideal candidate should have a background in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Comprehensive product training will be provided to ensure you gain in-depth knowledge of our furniture products and can confidently present accurate information to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist showroom visitors professionally.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable furniture solutions.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and social media.

• Make follow-up calls to prospective and existing clients.

• Prepare and send quotations to customers.

• Conduct email marketing campaigns and share promotional offers with clients.

• Publish regular business and product-related posts on social media platforms.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.

• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Background in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Customer Service.

• Excellent communication and client convincing skills.

• Calm, professional, and patient attitude while handling customers.

• Ability to provide accurate information and maintain a high level of professionalism.

• Willingness to learn detailed product knowledge.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
