The Executive – Sales (Solar Products – Retail) is responsible for promoting and selling the company's solar products through retail channels, identifying new customers, maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent after-sales service while expanding the company's retail market presence.
Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and annual retail sales targets for solar products assigned by management.
Identify and develop new retail customers, dealers, and distribution channels to increase market coverage.
Visit retail outlets, customers, and project sites regularly to generate sales opportunities and strengthen business relationships.
Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up with customers until successful order confirmation.
Provide customers with product demonstrations, technical information, and recommendations based on their requirements.
Coordinate with the warehouse, accounts, and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and payment collection.
Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales activities, inquiries, and daily sales reports.
Monitor competitors' products, pricing, and market trends, and provide regular market intelligence to management.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the technical support team to ensure prompt after-sales service and customer satisfaction.
Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, dealer meetings, and other marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and increase retail sales.
