• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, protection systems and electrical design.
• The candidate should be Self-motivated, enthusiastic and passionate.      
• Ability to work in high pressure environment·      
• Ability to manage large scale project.      
• Willingness to travel frequently to project sites across Bangladesh.

Job Context:

We are seeking a qualified and driven Electrical Engineer – Project Implementation to manage rooftop solar projects. The ideal candidate must have solid project implementation experience, technical knowledge of rooftop projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support to planning, execution and implementation of rooftop solar projects.
• Prepare and review BOQ, design, drawings and technical specifications.
• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring timely installation, quality control and adherence to project guidelines.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support during installation, testing and commissioning of solar project.
• Coordinate with engineers, suppliers, government officials and field teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Prepare project reports, track progress and resolve on-ground implementation challenges.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards during project execution.
• Forecast and manage project budgets, timelines and logistics.
