Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

Respond to patient messages (Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.) with accuracy and empathy

Maintain daily & weekly call reports

Ensure proper patient follow-up and appointment coordination

Provide clear, helpful, and patient-friendly communication

📱 Social Media

Monitor comments, messages, and engagement across social channels

Track performance metrics and prepare weekly & monthly reports

📊 Strategy & Coordination

Monitor market trends & competitor activities

Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure accurate and patient-friendly content

Support marketing campaigns, events, and partnerships
