• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• Looking Good & Smart Voice .
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Excellent computer literacy (MS Office, Email, etc.).
• Proficiency in both Bangla and English.Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and Office visits.
• Being well-mannered means behaving in a polite, respectful, and considerate way toward others, showing good upbringing and social awareness.

• Receive Phone Calls Inbound & Outbound with Daily Targeted Customer Follow Up.

• Daily Collect Leads From Google, Social Media Platform and Other Sources.

• Analyze sales trends and sales movements to ensure the development of Information and its implementation. Track information on market conditions, innovation, and opportunities.

• Identify new Customers demand and develop relationships with prospective clients.

• Promote and Convince to the Clients Regarding Visa Process Files.

• Try to Connect & visits clients, Commercial zones for business development.

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales reports.

• Monitor market trends, competitors` activities, customer feedback & Embassy Related Information.

• Maintain strong after-sales support and customer relationships.

• Work closely with the Sales team to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

• Report to the Sales Manager/Management with timely updates and forecasts.

Joining of your First 10 Working Days as Company Will Provide you Product Training No Salary will be provide. From 11th days of Your Working Salary will be started. After Finishing your Training Session First Month (30) days as a Trainee you will get only Transport allowance, Lunch Bill (Monthly Basic-7,500 BDT) + Sales Incentives +Target Bonus. From 2nd Month -Basic Salary BDT 10,000+Sales Incentives +Target Bonus, Third Month Basic Salary BDT 13,000+Sales Incentives +Target Bonus, From 4th Month Basic Salary BDT 20,000+Sales Incentives +Target Bonus After One Year Basic Salary 25,000+Sales Incentives +Target Bonus & Every Years 10%-15% Salary will Increase from Your Basic Salary.
