Responsibilities & Context:
Visit Visa Process (USA / UK / Canada/ Australia / New Zealand / Europe, Asia.
Expert Visa Counseling
Profile Evaluation: Assessing Client Profession backgrounds, and financial capacity.
Country & Package Selection: Helping Client’s choose the right destination (Asian Country ,UK, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.) and programs that align with their visit interest.
Travel Idea : Providing a clear timeline and path from the application stage to landing in the destination country.
Application Management & Package Management:
Application Processing: Managing the end-to-end application process through Embassy portals.
Embassy Liaison: Communicating directly with Embassy representatives to track application status and secure all documentation ready.
Document Verification: Ensuring all Professionals Documents, and passports are authentic and meet the Professional Clients.
Editorial Support: Reviewing and providing feedback on Statements of Purpose (SOP), Letters of Recommendation (LOR), and Resumes/CVs.
Visa Guidance & Compliance
Visa Documentation: Guiding students on the specific financial and legal documents required for different embassies.
Mock Interviews: Conducting practice interview sessions to prepare students for visa interviews (especially for USA, UK, and Germany).
Policy Updates: Staying up-to-date with the latest immigration rules and visa policy changes in various countries.
Senior Leadership & Team Support
Team Mentorship: Training junior counselors and admission officers on process updates and conversion techniques.
Quality Control: Checking the files prepared by junior staff to ensure there are no errors that could lead to rejections.
Conversion Targets: Taking responsibility for the branch or team’s "Lead-to-Visa" conversion ratio and achieving monthly/yearly targets.
Business Development & Marketing
Seminars & Events: Representing the company at Tourism Fairs, school/college seminars, and webinars.
Partner Relations: Building and maintaining healthy relationships with partner Different Company (like Group of Company, Single Company, Corporate Group Etc).
CRM Management:
Ensuring all Client data and communication logs are accurately maintained in the company’s CRM software.
