Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Visit travel agencies and corporate offices regularly to promote company services
Develop strong B2B relationships with travel agencies and partners
Generate new leads and expand the company’s client network
Conduct field visits and meetings to secure partnerships
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with partner agencies
Provide support and guidance to clients regarding company services
Handle client queries and provide professional solutions
Portal & System Support
Assist new agencies with portal registration and login setup
Train partners on how to use the company’s B2B portal
Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Sales & Marketing Activities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare visit reports and maintain client database
Collect market feedback and competitor insights
