• Distributor handling skill

• Target-oriented mindset

• Problem solving ability

• Market analysis skill

• Monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales target achieve করা

• Assigned territory তে sales growth নিশ্চিত করা

• Outlet wise sales planning and execution করা

• Existing distributor performance monitor করা

• New distributor appoint করা (if needed)

• Distributor stock management এবং order collection ensure করা

• নতুন বাজার, দোকান ও retail outlet develop করা

• Product visibility এবং freezer placement নিশ্চিত করা

• Competitor activity monitor করে report করা

• Sales Representative / SR / Delivery team supervise করা

• Team কে motivate, train, and monitor করা

• Daily route plan এবং market visit করা

• Daily / Weekly / Monthly sales report submit করা

• Market feedback management কে জানানো

• Outstanding collection follow-up করা
