Euro Foods Group is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Manager, Sales & Marketing to lead sales operations, develop marketing strategies, strengthen distribution channels, and drive business growth across the company's food and consumer product portfolio. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills with proven experience in FMCG sales and marketing.
Develop and implement annual sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Prepare and execute sales plans, budgets, and revenue targets.
Lead, supervise, motivate, and evaluate the sales and marketing team.
Expand distribution networks and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers.
Identify new business opportunities and develop market expansion plans.
Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer trend analysis.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and trade marketing activities.
Coordinate with production, supply chain, finance, and management to ensure smooth business operations.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, market intelligence reports, and business presentations.
Monitor receivables and ensure timely collection from customers.
Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve major customer issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
