Experience:
• Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets for ITEL Accessories.
• Lead channel development initiatives by building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, e-commerce partners, corporate clients, and key business accounts.
• Own the complete business cycle, including market planning, sales forecasting, target setting, negotiation, revenue generation, and post-sales performance management.
• Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure proper inventory planning, product availability, and efficient distribution across markets.
• Lead product launches, promotional campaigns, and market activation activities in collaboration with marketing and product teams.
• Build and manage a high-performing sales and channel team by providing leadership, coaching, training, and performance guidance.
• Work closely with product, marketing, finance, and operations teams to align business strategies with overall company objectives.
• Gather market intelligence and customer insights to support product development, pricing strategies, and future business planning.
• Identify business risks and opportunities while developing action plans to ensure sustainable growth & perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.
