Create and schedule daily posts on Facebook Page
Edit short videos (30-60 seconds) for TikTok and YouTube Shorts
Design promotional posters and playcards using Canva or other.
Run basic Facebook Ads to attract new customers
Grow followers and engagement on social media
Track post performance and report weekly
Respond to customer inquiries on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and phone
Provide product prices, delivery time, and order status
Log all customer interactions in Excel/Google Sheets
Handle basic complaints with patience and professionalism
Escalate complex issues to Operations Manager
Follow up with customers after delivery
