• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.

• Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English.

• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities

• Proven sales and business development expertise.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Customer relationship management capabilities.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across diverse market segments.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, exporters, importers, manufacturers, and traders

• Generate new business, customer & qualified sales leads and follow up.

• Provide customized quotations and service proposals based on client requirements.

• Achieve assigned sales targets.

• Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and monitor competitor activities.

• Prepare regular sales reports (daily, weekly, and monthly activity summaries).

• Collaborate with operations and management teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

• Support business development initiatives and strengthen Trademark's brand presence in the international shipping, freight forwarding & logistics sector.
