Job Context

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and result-oriented Manager – Marketing to lead our marketing and business development activities for our 100% export-oriented woven garment factory. The ideal candidate must possess strong merchandising knowledge, excellent buyer communication skills, and a proven track record of developing business with international apparel buyers.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to expand the company's export business.

• Identify and establish relationships with new international buyers, brands, and sourcing agents.

• Maintain excellent relationships with existing buyers to ensure repeat business.

• Lead merchandising activities from product development to shipment.

• Handle buyer inquiries, price negotiations, order confirmation, and contract finalization.

• Prepare accurate costing sheets and conduct price negotiations with buyers.

• Coordinate with Product Development, Commercial, Production Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Compliance teams to ensure timely execution of orders.

• Monitor Time & Action (T&A) plans and ensure on-time delivery.

• Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.

• Participate in international textile and apparel exhibitions, buyer meetings, and marketing events.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining product quality, timely communication, and prompt resolution of issues.

• Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and marketing performance analyses for management.

• Achieve annual sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.
