  • Professional HSE certification/training will get preference

    Experience

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in HSE/EHS/HSES related activities

  • Experience in power plant, solar project, industrial or infrastructure sector preferred

  • Experience in project/construction site safety management will be an advantage

Job Context

A reputed power generating company is looking for a competent, proactive and self-motivated professional for its 45MW Solar Power Plant project to lead and monitor Health, Safety, Environment & Social (HSES) activities at project site.

Job Responsibilities

  • Implement HSES policies, procedures and compliance requirements at project site

  • Monitor workplace safety, environmental and social compliance activities

  • Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations

  • Ensure proper use of PPE and implementation of safety measures

  • Arrange HSE training, toolbox talks and awareness programs for employees and contractors

  • Prepare HSES reports, documentation and regulatory compliance records

  • Coordinate with government authorities, consultants and local stakeholders regarding HSES matters

  • Monitor waste management, environmental protection and community engagement activities

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, EHS guidelines and company policies

  • Support emergency response planning and safety drills
