Responsibilities & Context:
Techflix is a Leading IT Company & Digital Software Firm. We are expanding our operations nationwide and looking for dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented District Consultants who will represent Techflix locally, connect with local brands, entrepreneurs, schools, hospitals, and businesses, and promote our premium IT products and services (including Web & Software Development, ERP, Smart POS systems, Modern AI & GEO/SEO, and Creative Video Campaigns).
Job Responsibilities:
Act as the official representative of Techflix in your assigned district.
Connect with local brands, entrepreneurs, schools, hospitals, and businesses to understand their requirements.
Promote and market Techflix's premium software, ERP, smart POS systems, web development, and digital marketing services.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with local clients and business communities.
Collaborate with the central team to achieve monthly regional business goals.
Employment Status:
Full-time / Contractual
Educational Requirements:
HSC passed in any discipline.
Note: Skills and practical knowledge will be given higher priority than academic degrees.
Experience Requirements:
Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
1 to 2 year(s) of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or the IT sector will be given high preference during recruitment.
Additional Requirements:
Must have a smartphone/laptop and a stable internet connection.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently within the designated district.

Salary & Compensation Structure:
No Fixed Salary Limit: Candidates have the opportunity to earn BDT 10,000 - 2,00,000+ per month based on skills and project execution (via a highly attractive revenue-sharing/incentive structure).
Fixed Salary Option: If anyone wants a Fixed Salary, it is acceptable; however, he/she must fulfill the designated sales target to withdraw the salary.
