MM IT SOFT LTD is a professional software development company providing customized ERP software, accounting software, inventory management systems, POS solutions, mobile applications, websites, and other business automation services.
We are looking for confident, energetic, and result-oriented Business Development Executives who can communicate professionally with potential clients, understand their business requirements, and introduce suitable software and IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Explain the company’s software products and IT services clearly.
Identify clients’ business needs and software requirements.
Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings or software demonstrations.
Follow up with interested and existing clients regularly.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and client feedback.
Handle client questions and objections professionally.
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams.
Achieve individual and team-based monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain positive long-term relationships with clients.
Educational Qualification
Minimum Diploma in CHE or equivalent qualification.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related subject (Computer Science will be given priority).
Educational qualifications may be relaxed for candidates with strong communication skills and relevant experience.
Experience
Experience in Tele Sales, Customer Service, Call Centre, Business Development, will be preferred.
Candidates with experience selling software, ERP, POS, websites, mobile applications, or IT services will receive priority.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn may also apply.
