Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Communication:
Handle the office phone and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
Coordinate efforts to address customer feedback and resolve complaints efficiently.
Marketing & Service Management:
Develop, plan, and execute marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and target audience needs.
Ensure marketing campaigns directly address customer needs, feedback, and concerns.
Regularly review, update, and improve services to meet customer expectations and current industry standards.
Requirements & Skills
Language: Must have a good command of English (both written and spoken).
Technical Skills: Fluent in computer typing and proficient in internet browsing.
Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a patient, customer-first attitude
