Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Communication:

• Handle the office phone and respond promptly to customer inquiries.

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

• Coordinate efforts to address customer feedback and resolve complaints efficiently.

Marketing & Service Management:

• Develop, plan, and execute marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and target audience needs.

• Ensure marketing campaigns directly address customer needs, feedback, and concerns.

• Regularly review, update, and improve services to meet customer expectations and current industry standards.
  
  
  Requirements & Skills

  • Language: Must have a good command of English (both written and spoken).

  • Technical Skills: Fluent in computer typing and proficient in internet browsing.

  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a patient, customer-first attitude
