We are looking for an energetic, confident, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our showroom team in Dhaka.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
* Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
* Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
* Assist customers with sizing, styling, and outfit coordination.
* Maintain excellent knowledge of all products and new collections.
* Process sales transactions accurately.
* Keep the showroom clean, organised, and visually appealing.
* Assist with stock management and visual merchandising.
* Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
* Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
Requirements
* HSC, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
* Minimum 2 years of sales experience in premium fashion, menswear, or other relevant retail brands.
* Good spoken and written English communication skills are required.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Friendly, confident, and well-groomed personality.
* Passion for fashion and menswear.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
* Basic computer skills.
