Must have a strong network of heavy equipment operators, such as truck drivers, loader operators, bulldozer operators, excavator operators, and other heavy machinery operators.
Responsibilities & Context:
Recruit qualified heavy equipment operators for overseas employment.
Build and maintain a strong network of drivers and recruitment sources.
Promote overseas job opportunities through online and offline channels.
Maintain candidate information and recruitment records.
Coordinate with the recruitment team throughout the hiring process.
Recruitment Target
Recruit qualified candidates for overseas mining projects in Africa and the Middle East.
Job Other Benifits:
Full-time development manager base salary 35000tk.
Attractive salary plus performance-based commission will above 150000tk.
