The Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving B2B sales growth, developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets across assigned corporate, government, and commercial accounts. The role requires proactive market development, solution selling, and collaboration with technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by management.
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within corporate, government, banking, telecom, healthcare, manufacturing, textile, FMCG, and educational sectors.

Conduct market mapping, lead generation, prospecting, and customer acquisition activities.
Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and business proposals.
Participate in tenders, RFQs, and corporate procurement opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Regularly visit clients to understand their business requirements and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term account retention.
Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with service, technical, and support teams.
Prepare quotations, product specifications, commercial offers, and sales contracts.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting reports.
Update CRM and sales records regularly.
Follow up on payment collections and support accounts receivable management.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and emerging technologies.
Gather customer feedback and provide recommendations for improving products, services, and sales strategies.
Identify opportunities for introducing new solutions and expanding market reach.
Work closely with product managers, presales engineers, marketing, and service teams to ensure successful project execution.
Coordinate product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and customer training sessions where required.
Support promotional campaigns, exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate events.
