Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive/ Sr. Executive will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, generating sales and promoting IOM Ltd.’s portfolio of office automation and IT solutions. This role demands a proactive, tech-savvy, and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Diary & Schedule Management: Organize and maintain the MD’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Communication Handling: Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the MD.
Travel Coordination: Arrange flights, accommodation, visas, and ground transportation.
Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, briefing materials, take minutes, and track follow-up actions.
Documentation & Records: Maintain confidential files, reports, and presentations.
Research & Reporting: Conduct research and prepare summaries, reports, and presentations.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
Task & Project Management: Monitor deadlines, assist with project coordination, and ensure timely completion.
Event Planning: Organize corporate events, conferences, and social engagements.
Administrative Support: Handle expense reports, procurement, and occasional personal tasks.
