• Age At least 26 years

• 2-4 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing.

• Experience in the furniture, mattress, bedding, or other fast-moving consumer/product markets will be given preference.

• Must have an existing network with at least 5–10 furniture or related retail shops/dealers.

• Candidates with strong local market knowledge and an active market presence will be highly preferred.

• Familiarity with the assigned territory and ability to build long-term customer relationships are essential.

Additional Requirements

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively within the assigned market.

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

• The selected candidates will be responsible for selling the bedding and furniture products of Show-Room in order to achieve targeted sales.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with furniture and mattress showrooms, retailers, dealers, and distributors.

• Achieve daily, monthly and annual sales targets through direct market visits and customer acquisition.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company`s dealer network.

• Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer demand.

• Prepare daily market visit reports and submit sales updates to management.

• Promote the company`s products and ensure effective market coverage within the assigned territory.

• Further responsibilities will be handed over upon joining.
