Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager Sales to lead sales operations, develop sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and leading the sales team to maximize business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Management

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.

  • Monitor sales activities and provide guidance to improve productivity.

  • Prepare and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans.

  • Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and dealers.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements with clients.

  • Expand the company's customer base and market share.

  • Customer Relationship Management

  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

  • Market Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
