Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond promptly to customer inquiries received through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, website, email, and phone calls

• Respond to social media comments and Messenger inquiries professionally and efficiently

• Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable courses or training programs

• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective learners to maximize sales conversion

• Convert incoming inquiries into successful enrollments through effective consultation and communication

• Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions to support purchasing decisions

• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and sales activities

• Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer journey

• Achieve monthly inquiry response, lead conversion, and sales targets

• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction throughout the communication process
