Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the Inbox & Tele Sales team.
Monitor inbox and telesales quality through regular QA.
Analyze sales performance and prepare detailed business reports.
Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
Improve conversion rates through process optimization.
Ensure excellent customer experience and timely issue resolution.
Coordinate with Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Customer Support teams.
Monitor KPIs, maintain SOP compliance, and drive continuous improvement.
Forecast sales performance and recommend growth initiatives.
Build a high-performing sales culture focused on accountability and results.
