Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct daily field visits to shops, super shops, retail stores, restaurants, corporate offices, and other potential business locations.
Generate new leads and identify potential customers for POS Software and IT services.
Present, explain, and promote company products and services in a professional and persuasive manner.
Understand customer business needs and recommend the most suitable IT solutions.
Arrange product demonstrations and successfully convert leads into long-term clients.
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers.
Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
Achieve assigned monthly and yearly sales targets.
Prepare and submit daily visit reports, customer feedback summaries, and sales updates.
Gather market intelligence and analyze competitor activities to support strategic planning.
Collaborate with the office team and contribute to overall business operations as needed.
