• Confident in handling customers over phone and messaging platforms.

• Good Bangla & English typing skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM is a plus).

• Team player with a target-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in Sales, Telesales, Call Center, Customer Service, or E-commerce will be given preference.

About the Role

Ekhone.com is looking for a smart, confident, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing e-commerce team. The primary responsibility of this role is to communicate with customers over phone and messages, confirm online orders, provide product information, resolve customer queries, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Employment Type: Morning Shift - 9am - 4pm , Evening Shift - 4pm - 11pm

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Location: 6/3 Moneshwar Road, Zigatola, Gabtola Masjid (Police Fari Goli), Hazaribag, Dhaka-1209

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone to confirm online orders.

• Verify customer information, delivery address, and order details.

• Answer customer questions regarding products, pricing, and delivery.

• Assist customers in completing the order confirmation process.

• Promote relevant products and special offers when appropriate.

• Coordinate with the Operations and Customer Support teams.

• Maintain accurate customer interaction and order records.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales & order confirmation targets.

Salary: BDT 10,000 – 12,000 (Based on experience & performance)
