Responsibilities & Context:
*To plan, manage, and execute the entire process of selling the company's shares and flats.
*Acquiring new customers, lead generation, and building and managing client databases.
*Achieve the set sales targets by formulating a sales strategy.
*Conducting client meetings, presentations, and site visits, and finalizing sales agreements.
*Increasing sales through digital marketing, social media, and online and offline promotional campaigns.
*Must have the ability to build, train, and supervise a sales team.
*Providing comprehensive assistance to the client, from booking through to registration and handover.
*Coordinating with management to ensure the project's sales plan and cash flow.
