• Age 23 to 35 years

1. Product Promotion: Present and explain clinical benefits, safety profiles, and active ingredients of therapeutic and cosmetic derma products to dermatologists and skin specialists.

2. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and prescription generation targets within the assigned territory.

3. Relationship Management: Build strong, trusted networks with doctors, clinic assistants, and key retail pharmacists to secure brand loyalty.

4. Scientific Communication: Support product claims using clinical studies, product samples, and visual aids during professional visits.

5. Inventory & Visibility: Monitor stock availability and retail visibility in priority pharmacies and aesthetic centers. [1]

6. Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, pricing updates, and new skin care trends, reporting insights back to management.

7. CME and Events: Assist in organizing or representing the company at local medical conferences, CME (Continuing Medical Education) sessions, and product launches.
