Responsibilities & Context:
Everyday 4/5 farms visit by using motorcycle.
Finding problems & solution.
Report to the Chinese/Reporting Boss.
Stay in market area.
Supervise total broiler chicken selling process.
Continuous communication with reporting boss in English.
Must use owned motorcycle, Farm visit every day and find problems.
Supervise required daily, weekly sales of broiler chicken in different market.
Willingness to supervise chicken selling at night.
Creating new markets or dealers for broiler chicken sale.
Possession of motorcycle is preferred and visit contract farm every day.
Must be energetic and able to work under pressure.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new farmers, customers, dealers.
Strong negotiation skills in sales & marketing.
Identify key customers and maintaining a good, long term relationship with them.
Plan, develop and implement an effective sales & marketing strategy.
Achieve daily, weekly or monthly sales target of selling broiler chicken.
