Responsibilities & Context:

Key responsibilities

• Ensure product availability and properly Product Merchandising in assigned outlets.

• Demand Collection from Outlet & submit to delivery through ERP.

• Delivery support.

• Cash & Cheque Collection and deposit to Bank or HO.

• GRN collection and Calculate Outlet wise Dues.

• Party wise chalan preserve according to date for payment collection.

• Product Requisition from DC to outlet.

• Costumers contact, informed products advantage and influence on product purchase during working time.

• Collect Competitor promo activity and others information on regular basis.

• Any type of company circulation desk pass to outlet like Price change letter, promotional communication and etc.

Safeguarding responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
