Responsibilities & Context:
Promote sales of all apartments, sincerely and trustfully in alignment with company interests, schedules, and assigned targets.
Take sole responsibility for the company’s sales and marketing department, setting monthly targets, distributing tasks, and driving the team to achieve optimal goals.
Communicate regularly with clients to secure sales and ensure timely collection of loan installments.
Generate leads, nurture prospective clients, and build lasting relationships while maintaining an up-to-date customer database with regular follow-ups and feedback.
