Experience Requirements
08-10 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing.
Prior experience with a reputed real estate company will be considered a significant advantage.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing high-value customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve individual and organizational sales targets.
Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and field activities.
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and project visits to convert prospects into successful sales.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans and ensure timely execution.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipelines, and client interactions using ERP/CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless documentation, booking, registration, and customer support.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare periodic sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance analyses for management review.
Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle while maintaining the company's professional standards and reputation.
Represent the company professionally during client interactions, promotional events, and business networking opportunities.
