Responsibilities & Context:

Secure Property Management is a trusted real estate company with a 16-year journey of excellence. At present, they have a portfolio of 61 projects across Dhaka and Chattogram.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the ERP system on a regular basis.

  • Responsible for the regular maintenance, monitoring, and updating of the ERP system.

  • Coordinate regularly with engineers to ensure effective project planning and execution.

  • Visit project sites when required.

  • Handle client queries and provide necessary technical support.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operation.

  • Share information with prospective clients about the company’s projects.

  • Perform any assignments or responsibilities given by management.
