Manor IT Limited is looking for a dynamic and results-driven ISP Marketing Executive to promote our internet and connectivity solutions, generate new business opportunities, and strengthen our market presence. The ideal candidate should have experience in ISP marketing, excellent communication and networking skills, and the ability to develop effective marketing strategies to acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation will be considered an added advantage.

Job Description:

• Promote the company's broadband, corporate internet, and networking solutions.

• Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, digital channels, and networking.

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.

• Build and maintain relationships with residential, SME, and corporate clients.

• Assist the sales team in preparing proposals and service presentations.

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional events, and brand activation programs.

• Coordinate with the design team to develop marketing materials, brochures, and social media content.

• Maintain customer and lead records in the CRM system.

• Monitor competitors' products, pricing, and marketing activities.

• Support customer retention initiatives and follow up on customer feedback.

• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing activity reports.

• Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth service implementation.
