Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team.
Develop sales strategies and business plans.
Set monthly and yearly sales targets.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate with the marketing department to generate leads.
Build relationships with key clients and investors.
General Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience.
Previous leadership or managerial experience preferred.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
Experience in the real estate sector is highly preferred.
