Responsibilities & Context:

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive client engagement and consistent follow-up.

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, strategic networking, and client referrals.

• Schedule client meetings, conduct project or property presentations, and facilitate on-site field visits.

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both existing and prospective customers.

• Update and maintain accurate lead data and sales activities within the CRM system.

• Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports to management.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to support promotional activities, exhibitions, and digital campaigns.

• Collect and analyze customer feedback and market trends to assist in business strategy development.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and excellent customer service.

• Support the sales team in closing deals and managing the end-to-end sales cycle.
