• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management

Post graduation or certified Supply Chain Management degree are also preferable.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Real Estate, Tiles/Ceramic, Motor Vehicle body manufacturer

Sound knowledge in store/warehouse & inventory management.

Job Responsibilities

·  Ensure proper storage of all raw materials, finished goods and spare parts.

·  Raise material requisition according to the demand of Civil construction projects operation needed as per based on layout.

·  Prepare GRN (Good Receipt Note), MRR (Material Received Note) in due time by using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software or Company using software.

·  Ensure daily Products, materials delivery from store to projects, projects to Office as per their demand.

·   Update daily consumption & take out of raw materials, daily stock status in the software.

·   Ensure store reorder level, over stock level, FEFO (First Expire First Out), FIFO (First-in, First-out), LIFO (last-in, First-out) systems.

·  Conduct training of store keepers or support team members to provide correct items against the demand.

· Prepare different types of reports i.e.: Gate Pass, POC Pass, IR Pass & Others required needed as per department task.

· Daily consumptions & usable materials or products report.

·  Any types of purchases oversee aligned with department HOD, All type of BR/IR and vendor sourcing

·   Raw material consumption report daily, weekly, monthly, yearly.

·  Inventory report head office & projects.

·    Dispatch report / Damage Report / Missing report.

·   Delivery sheet/gate pass & others required maintain.

·     Pre purchase sheet updating as per Management concern.

·      Service sheet maintain as per projects engineers & HOD queries with complain issues.

·      Maintain record of scrap materials and update to the management accordingly.

·     Group Conversation with Core team members & management members.

·    Monitoring & updating all compliances issues at Inventory-warehouse.

·    Maintain all safety issues & fire issues all warehouse premises.

·     Assist in internal auditor during annual internal inventory audit.
