ACI Motors Limited is seeking a dynamic professional for Deputy Manager, Compliance Assurance & Showroom – Warehouse Management to ensure effective depot operations, compliance control, inventory and cash management, and regulatory adherence across showrooms, warehouses, service centers, and factory facilities nationwide.
Major responsibilities are:
Monitor and supervise depot operations, ensuring effective planning and execution of activities including money receipts, payments, cash management, inventory control, register maintenance, safety and security.
Conduct periodic audits of inventory, money receipts, payments and cash management to mitigate operational and financial risks.
Establish, implement, and monitor internal compliance control systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensure validity and renewal of regulatory documents (License, NOC) and oversee security systems (CCTV, security personnel, fire safety systems, and insurance coverage) for motors facilities.
Supervise the development of new infrastructure and assets for showrooms, warehouses, service centers, and factories.
Process and manage all required agreements related to motors facilities and drive process improvement initiatives.
Oversee depot operations management, ensuring effective planning, coordination, and execution of operational activities.
Respond promptly to queries, audit observations, and reports from the RMIA department and resolve related issues.
Monitor and Process KPis for assigned areas and coordinate transportation expenses within assigned portfolios.
Prepare and submit monthly management reports and coordinate training sessions or meetings for SCM field force (FF).
Monitor and process security bills and rental payments for motors facilities.
Ensure timely logistics support for showrooms, warehouses, and factories.
Undertake nationwide travel and manage new assignments or projects as required, based on organizational needs and supervisor recommendations.
