Education:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• BBA/MBA from any reputed University with excellent academic record.

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management

• Age At least 26 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

• Should have strong experience in: Purchasing knowledge, Inventory Management, Negotiation skills, Conflict Management and Communication skills.

• Should be honest, hard working, enthusiastic, self-motivated and independent.

• Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.

• Strong analytical abilities, leadership skill & passion to grow.

• Computer Literacy with Office Application, e-mail and internet browsing.

• Good command in English & Bangla Language is needed.

• Capable to work with under pressure.

Experience

• Freshers are encouraging to apply but experience in the related field in any renowned National/MNC Group of company is preferable.

• We are looking for Officer - Supply Chain Management (Forecasting) For Rani Food Industries Ltd a leading Group of Companies in Bangladesh.

Job Location:

• Corporate Office, Banani, Dhaka

Job Description / Responsibility

• Overall responsible for Forecasting Local and imported RM and PM for the company.

• Monitoring the Raw Material stock position for executing optimum stock level as per plan.

• Develop, own and maintain a supply chain network, ensure suppliers are accredited on to the Supplier database and are aligned with the companies Ethics Code of Conduct.

• Inspection of product when necessary & Processing the bills

• Checking and forwarding indent through accordingly after justifying the stock level.

• Discussing with factory management about technical & miscellaneous issues.

• Assist head of SCM

• Searching new suppliers, contact & negotiate with suppliers, survey market, collect quotations and prepare comparative statement.

• Monitoring the RM and PM consumption trend.

• Overseeing and monitoring the Raw Material & Packing Material stock position for executing optimum stock level as per plan.

• Follow up with potential suppliers (nominated/non-nominated where applicable) for price & quality.

• Follow up prices, specifications & delivery dates to determine the best bid price among potential supplies.

• Assist in procurement of all materials including but not limited to production materials, machinery parts, stationary items, computer and networking hardware, etc.

• Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.
