Education:

We are looking for Officer - Supply Chain Management (SCM) For Rani Food Industries Ltd (Rabbi Group) a leading Group of Companies in Bangladesh.
Job Responsibility:
Overall responsible for Local and imported RM and Capital machineries for the company.
Monitoring the Raw Material stock position for executing optimum stock level as per plan.
Develop, own and maintain a supply chain network, Ensure suppliers are accredited on to the Supplier database and are aligned with the companies Ethics Code of Conduct.
Development and successful running of the Procurement Project Team, including personnel, planning, approvals, policies, procedures, compliance and reporting.
Negotiating the offers in relevant cases to ensure the price, delivery & after sales service.
Inspection of product when necessary & Processing the bills
Checking and forwarding indent through accordingly after justifying the stock level.
Discussing with factory management about technical & miscellaneous issues.
Ensure quality equipment, cost effectiveness & inventory management etc. of the raw materials.
Assist head of SCM
Searching new suppliers, contact & negotiate with suppliers, survey market, collect quotations and prepare comparative statement.
Monitoring the RM and PM consumption trend.
Overseeing and monitoring the Raw Material & Packing Material stock position for executing optimum stock level as per plan.
Follow up with potential suppliers (nominated/non-nominated where applicable) for price & quality.
Follow up prices, specifications & delivery dates to determine the best bid price among potential supplies.
Negotiate and maintain prices and long-term purchase agreements.
Manage the validity and quality of documents and obtain required validations in order to purchase.
Assist in procurement of all materials including but not limited to production materials, machinery parts, stationary items, computer and networking hardware, etc.
Discover the most profitable suppliers and initiate business partnerships with them.
Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.
