CMA/CA/ACCA/CMA/MBA or equivalent professional qualification.
7-12 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain analytics, working capital control, or a related function. Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Proven track record of improving inventory KPIs, reducing stock inefficiencies, or optimizing working capital.

Inventory Strategy & Control (ISC) Manager is responsible for combining advanced inventory analytics, financial discipline, process optimization, and digital enablement to unlock service-level improvement, reduce stock inefficiencies, and enhance performance visibility across 35+ diversified businesses including Pharmaceuticals, Motors, Consumer Brands, Retail Chain, Agribusiness and other SBUs.
What You Will Do
Design and implement Group-wide inventory optimization frameworks.
Develop safety stock models, reorder point logic, EOQ frameworks, and SKU classification systems (ABC, FSN, XYZ).
Build structured governance for slow-moving, non-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory.
Develop centralized dashboards covering inventory days, stock turnover, service level, fill rate, stock-out %, aging and expiry exposure.
Conduct root-cause analysis of stock-outs, excess inventory, forecast gaps, and SKU proliferation.
Build predictive inventory models to improve replenishment planning and demand alignment.
Design standardized inventory KPIs aligned with working capital, revenue growth, and gross margin protection.
Develop divisional scorecards and performance monitoring frameworks.
Lead periodic Group Inventory Review forums with cross-functional stakeholders.
Map end-to-end inventory value chain from demand planning to distribution and retail replenishment.
Identify control gaps and operational inefficiencies.
Optimize ERP-based inventory modules (SAP preferred).
What You Bring
Strong understanding of inventory optimization models and working capital management.
Advanced Excel and strong analytical capability.
Ability to help design dashboards and performance tracking tools (Power BI or similar).
Strong financial modeling capability related to inventory and cost control. Experience in multi-business or diversified conglomerate environment.
Exposure to pharmaceutical, FMCG, retail, or manufacturing supply chains.
Knowledge of demand forecasting techniques and statistical modeling.
Familiarity with automation tools, Bl systems, or data scripting (SQL/Python is a plus).
