Education:
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or related field.

  • Master’s degree will be an added advantage.

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 32 to 40 years
  • 8–12 years of experience in distribution, logistics, or transportation management.

  • At least 3–5 years in a leadership role within fleet or distribution operations.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Maintain close coordination with the Sales Department regarding inventory levels demand forecasting and delivery planning.

  • Monitor daily physical inventory reports to ensure stock accuracy and availability.

  • Ensure region-wise distribution planning and execution to meet sales targets on time.

  • Monitor daily dispatch plans, vehicle scheduling, and on-time delivery performance.

  • Ensure smooth and timely execution of delivery operations across all regions.

  • Fulfill sales demand within the committed timeline.

  • Manage both company-owned and hired fleet efficiently.

  • Monitor vehicle usage and minimize downtime through proper planning and maintenance scheduling.

  • Supervise drivers and assistants, ensuring discipline, safety, and performance standards.

  • Ensure optimal fleet utilization to reduce operational costs.

  • Monitor fuel consumption and billing regularly.

  • Conduct periodic fuel audits to prevent misuse and ensure cost efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with transportation laws, vehicle documentation, and company safety policies.

  • Maintain updated vehicle licenses fitness certificates insurance and regulatory documentation.

  • Implement and monitor GPS / TMS tracking systems for fleet control.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in transportation and distribution processes.
